Adrie was in a sad, sad mood for the first half of her party. I think she's working on some more teeth so she cried forlornly unless I was holding her. You can see how somberly she ate her birthday cake. Luckily she cheered up near the end (after the Tylenol kicked in) and played with some of her new toys with all of her boyfriends. Yup, only boy children attended this party. What a diva.
Then she got to wear a new dress to church & play with the old balloons (she LOVES THEM!) and today she's wearing her new tech vest-slash-leisure suit from Grandma. Thank you everyone for a wonderful time!

PS to Kendall & crew, thanks for the help setting up and the fun presents. She took her doll to church and hugged it all over the place. She cries in the car when she drops her Dora doll, and she tries all the time to sit on the larger pink ball and bounce on it.

I love the forlorn look on her messy cake face. Classic. Her eye is looking MUCH better!
Geez, can't believe it's been a year since we snuck in cookies and a Little Ceasers pizza to the hospital.
I really like that same picture. It's so funny! She looks a like a little princess in the others with her cute birthday outfit. Wish we could have joined the festivities!
Haha, why don't babies get birthdays? I guess its her party and she can cry if she wants to!
I love your child! She looks way cute. LeeAnne will be extremely happy to know about the Dora doll, and I'm glad she likes the ball.
Thanks for inviting us! We all had a lot of fun.
I love love love the tech vest leisure suit! It is so cute. I even laughed a little bit. I am so sad that I missed it. It's okay though because when she gets older you can tell her I was there and that she was just too yound to remember.
Happy Birthday Adrie! I love the picture of her with the balloons. She looks so happy - it's funny how kids like balloons as much or better than their toys!
Such a sweetheart...must take after her grandmother with the vests...
