- I was called as Relief Society (religious women's organization) Education Counselor, set apart, and had two meetings already
- I've worried about my new tasks of 1) the RS Newsletter message overdue already 2) teaching next Sunday 3) conducting next Sunday. (Dang those summer vacations for putting the newbie in charge of a one-woman show!)
- Attended Traffic School in SLC
- Watched my first ever Chuck Norris movie "Lone Wolf McQuade"
- Spent every free moment in photoshop and finished this gorgeous wedding
- My GoogleReader hit 200+. Sorry to all of you whose blogs I am not reading.
- I hosted an informal dinner party at my house - with three 2.5 year-olds running around
- Held my first ever 2-hour Googlechat. Why we didn't just talk on the phone, I don't know, but it was a fun, great talk and now I can re-live it whenever I want lol
- Had two photoshoots on Saturday - with a busy errand day sandwiched in between
- Was informed Friday night (during my dinner party) that I was speaking in church on Sunday
- Spoke in church today while Adrie shouted "That's my mom! Let go of me!" as a beehive hauled her out
- Kept that baby entertained through all three hours of church. (Nursery cancelled due to swine flu). Not the right day to wear a short skirt and heels.
Are you exhausted yet? Today I'm visit teaching and making random calls & duties that go with my new calling, and trying to be a good mom to a baby with a fever. (Hope it's not swine flu (kidding!)).
I still love my life, it's just growing a little... different...? It's time I stretched myself outside myself, I guess :) Happy Sunday!
