Here she is after sleeping in sponge rollers last night (it actually mostly worked!)
And here she is after I forced her to tour the entire parking lot at the trunk or treat.
Once she had a sucker in each hand and a few more in her basket, she was begging to stop. I gritted my teeth every time she chose an awful penny candy from a bowl overflowing with Butterfingers and Kit Kats and M&M's.... sigh.
And here I am, headed off to a neighbor's party where I had to dress up. Check out my cool tat.
I'm going to be something with sexy tights next year, I already decided. At the (very dark) party I asked a girl if I could touch her vintage tights and she laughed and said "Sure" - only to find that it was a stripe drawn up the back of her legs with a black marker! GENIOUS! She said at the car shows her husband goes to, the perma-pin-up models actually have that tattooed on their legs. Whoa! I'll settle for sexy tights.

Both of your costumes are cute. :) I'm impressed that you got Adrie to sleep in curlers! (Not that I really know anything about that with boys, but I could imagine the fuss many kids would make at that age).
Hahaha, I love Adrie's content face. At least you know she's not gonna get obese from loving candy too much, right?? I miss you. Haven't seen you in two days.
Maddie only chose smarties, dum dums, and bubble gum. I wanted to tell her to get something else but I didn't want to encourage her to be picky. Kids, you gotta love them!
What a beautiful butterfly! Be happy she didn't want much candy - my kids couldn't get enough of it! We may need to have it "disappear" soon, just to end the constant whining for candy at all hours of the day.
